Local businesses, including E+R, took to the town square with huge signs to showcase the upcoming #AmazingAccrington events this year.

Instigated by the #AmazingAccrington initiative, businesses, in collaboration with Hyndburn Borough Council, aim to bring the community together and celebrate the local town, plus drive valuable footfall to get retailers tills ringing. With tremendous support from local businesses, these events have been made possible.

Miles Parkinson, Leader of Hyndburn Borough Council said:
“It’s magnificent to see so many businesses getting involved and supporting local events. There is a huge amount to look forward to and on behalf of the community, we are really grateful for all the work and energy put into these. Support of businesses is absolutely essential.”

Murray Dawson, Chairman of the #AmazingAccrington initiative said:
“We would not be able to run these events if it wasn’t for the support of Hyndburn Borough Council, Hyndburn Leisure Trust and of course, the sponsors: E+R, Studio, Langtec, Property Shop, North Lancs Training Group, Coachouse, and Accrington and Rossendale College.
