Special features, such as on-press wash-up, have been developed to make colour change quicker and improve press utilisation and overall effectiveness.
Conventional, trailing or chamber doctor blade systems are available to suit your application.
On the print stations, the pull-out head allows safe and quick access for cylinder removal using an overhead hoist, or a fixed mandrel system allows for gravure shells to be used.
On the Advantage gravure printer press, a cantilevered carriage arrangement combined with a collet drives system allows for very quick cylinder change and pre-registration for a fast start-up.
Both print heads are fully compatible with the E+R’s back-mark registration system or the conventional front mark systems.
