Designed to collect folded tubes for storage in trays or paper band tubes at up to 300 tubes/min.

Tube Collection Systems can be fitted to E+R or other manufacturers’ equipment.

  • Can accommodate tube lengths from 130mm – 1200mm.
  • Reliable and robust tube end alignment.
  • B type, multiport or CAC tubes can be accommodated.
  • Accurate tube pack count to ensure repeatable pack sizes.
  • Manual or automated tube pack removal into trollies.

Tube Bander

  • Able to collate, orientate and separate tubes into individual packs ready to be banded.
  • Tube can vary in lengths from 130 – 1200mm.
  • 1 – 4 bands can placed around the tube packs to ensure they are rigid and secure for transportation. Bands are ultrasonically welded to ensure they are robust.
  • Tubes can be stacked ready for operator removal or automatically loaded into trollies for use on the next equipment.

Tube Trayer

  • Receives tubes in a vertical magazine oriented and aligned together.
  • Stack of tube is split to create block of tubes inserted into receiving tube tray.
  • Tubes are placed in the tray – tray is placed into a vertical stack which allows the operator to remove the trays.
