- All faces can be machined within one operation (size dependant, excluding underside).
+ Elgamill
- Tolerance: 50 microns.
- Machining Limits: 3.6 x 1035 x 1060m.
- Capable of multi-axis machining.
- Recently serviced to maintain better tolerances over 3.6m.
+ Leadwell V30/V50/V60
- Tolerance: 25 microns.
- Machining Limits: V30 – 800 x 400 x 600mm V50 – 1270 x 635 x 600mm V60 – 1650 x 635 x 600mm.
- Three robust axis CNC milling machines, set with first class holding equipment and tooling.
+ CMZ TC/TD/TA
- Tolerance: 25 microns, (TA-15 microns).
- Machining Limits: TC – 400mm dia x 1200mm length TD – 400mm dia x 2000mm length TA – 300mm dia x 600mm length.
- CNC mill/turns with driven tooling capabilities to create components.
- TC/TD – Perfect for roller manufacturing and longer shafts.

- Tolerance: 15 microns Machining Limits: 450 x 450 x 400mm 180 ̊ B Axis, 360 ̊ C Axis.
- With a rotating table that indexes both B & C axis intricate parts can be machines within one operation.
- Maintains specific geometrical dimensions.
+ Puma Doosan
- Tolerance: 25 microns.
- Machining Limits: 300mm dia x 1.3m length.
- CNC lathe perfect for smaller and medium sized components.
- Driven tooling capabilities allows parts to be completed in fewer operations.
+ Hardinge Lathe
- Tolerance: 5 microns.
- Machining Limits: 250mm dia x 600mm.
- Hard turning process to complete accurate parts for the automotive industry.
