Changing the print repeat size on automatic screen printing machine presses can be a lengthy process involving costly downtime and heavy lifting.
After technical discussions with various customers, Our Special Projects team came up with a highly innovative yet simple solution using interchangeable end rings. Not only does the E+R system save valuable time it is a fraction of the cost of replacing an entire screen head with that of a different size.
In common with 80% of our output, this system was initially created for clients overseas and is now in such demand by wallcovering manufacturers worldwide that we have made this a standard feature on all our Screen lines.
