High speed Best Piece Winders & Web Winders make finished rolls of wallpaper at speeds of upto 120 mpm.
Alternatively we have the intelligent piece winders that fit directly on to the end of a digital or other press and takes a tight web, trims it and cuts at the correct position relative to the print. This winder can also include the jumbo reel unwind/rewind so that if required, a jumbo reel can be taken and sent for additional processing or other reels can be brought to the winder, unwound and converted in to finished rolls. This intelligent winder also comes with wrapper and shrink oven and other options.
